Glo’s combined years of retail furniture sales at Sears, her passion for decorating and entrepreneurial experience inspired her to create a new business in the Okanagan.  When people where purchasing something new, or were downsizing,  they needed a safe, quality method to sell their good used furniture, while maximizing their potential returns.  Furniture Heaven Consignment Shoppe was born.

While at Sears, Glo excelled in their “Whole Home University” course specializing in interior design. She then completed the Community Futures business plan development program and  launched her dream business in February 2002.  Furniture Heaven has become B.C. Interior’s premiere destination for affordable upscale furniture & décor items.  Glo looks forward to meeting old and new friends.

Glo’s son Scott has extensive experience in marketing, advertising and graphic design involving a variety of media.  As an art director for many years he created visually pleasing layouts and has discovered that transferring this artistic talent to the home décor & design industry is a natural transition.

With his background and contacts, Scott is confident that Furniture Heaven can market and sell your household décor and furnishings quickly and effectively.

Scott has been involved with the Kelowna Kinsmen since 1989 and through this organization has been involved with many fund-raising events and worthwhile projects over the years.
